Notice Regarding RIWOO from BOYNEXTDOOR absence from “Neighbors Con”
We deeply regret to inform that RIWOO from BOYNEXTDOOR will unfortunately be unable to attend in both the "DAY LIVE" and "NIGHT LIVE" performances due to unexpected poor physical condition.
BOYNEXTDOOR will proceed with their performance featuring five members.

Notice Regarding the Hosting of Neighbors Con
In light of the incident that occurred on November 23rd at K Arena Yokohama, Neighbors Con committee has conducted extensive discussions. We have decided to proceed with the original plan and host “Neighbors Con” on November 25th, with strengthened security measures.
On the day of the event, we will increase the number of security personnel, enhance security both in and around the venue, and conduct baggage inspections to ensure everyone’s safety. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation.
ARTIST
NCT DREAM is a group that originated from NCT, under the management of SM Entertainment. Comprising seven members: MARK, RENJUN, JENO, HAECHAN, JAEMIN, CHENLE, and JISUNG. They made their debut in August 2016 with the digital single ‘Chewing Gum’, at an average age of 15.6 years old. In February 2023, they made their Japanese debut with ‘Best Friend Ever’, and in the same month, held their first solo dome concert in Japan at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, spanning three days.
*They will be performing as a five-member formation on the day of the event.
WayV debuted in 2019 as a derivative group from NCT, under the management of SM Entertainment. They are a global boy group consisting of six members: KUN, WINWIN, XIAOJUN, TEN, HENDERY, and YANGYANG. In December 2022, they released their 4th mini-album titled ‘Phantom’. This May, they successfully concluded their first solo event in Japan, ‘WayV Japan Event 2023 "The First Vision"’.
BOYNEXTDOOR is the first group led by producer and artist ZICO, who belongs to KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, a label under HYBE. It consists of six members: SUNGHO, RIWOO, JAEHYUN, TAESAN, LEEHAN, and WOONHAK.The group's name signifies ‘Friends of the same age are expressing everyday conversations through music.’ They debuted on May 30, 2023, with their 1st Single ‘WHO!’ and released their 1st EP ‘WHY..’ on September 4.
POW is the first idol group from GRID Entertainment, a new agency led by Shim Hee-jin, who previously headed the 131 Label. The group consists of five members: Yochi, originally from Thailand and a former public trainee under HYBE known as ‘Trainee A’; Dongyeon, who appeared on the SBS audition show ‘LOUD’; and Hyun Bin, Jeong Bin, and Hong. Prior to the release of their 1st EP on October 11, 2023, they unveiled their lead single ‘Favorite’ on September 13.
NiziU is a girl group consisting of nine members: MAKO, RIO, MAYA, RIKU, AYAKA, MAYUKA, RIMA, MIIHI, and NINA.
They were selected through the joint audition project "Nizi Project" by Sony Music and JYP Entertainment.
Their pre-debut song "Make you happy" became a social phenomenon, followed by the massive hit of their debut single "Step and a step". Subsequently, their 2nd single "Take a picture/Poppin' Shakin'" achieved remarkable feats, charting #1 on 123 global music streaming charts.
Starting with their 1st album "U", every release has taken the music scene by storm. In 2022, They embarked on their first solo arena tour, "NiziU Live with U 2022 'Light it Up'".
Following that, they set a record by being the "the fastest female artist in history" to hold their inaugural dome concerts "NiziU Live with U 2022 'Burn it Up'" in Tokyo and Osaka. Combined with their arena tour earlier that year, they captivated over 330,000 fans, solidifying their immense popularity. In 2023, they released their 5th single "Paradise," which became their first-ever anime movie theme song.
Following that, they unveiled their 2nd album "COCONUT," approximately a year and 8 months since their last album. Both releases quickly climbed to the top of various music charts.
Starting in July, they launched their second nationwide tour, "NiziU Live with U 2023 'COCO！nut Fes.'".
Then, in September, they held their first stadium concert, "NiziU Live with U 2023 'COCO！nut Fes.' -Stadium Special-" at Chiba's ZOZO Marine Stadium, enthralling a total audience of 185,000.
On October 30th, they'll release their Korean debut single "Press Play", fulfilling their anticipated Korean debut.

- To alleviate congestion at the entrance gate, please arrive after the open time and with plenty of time before the start of the performances.
- After each performance, please cooperate with the regulated exit to avoid congestion near the venue's exits. Please follow the instructions and guidance of staff and security personnel, and keep moving without stopping in the vicinity of the venue.
- Customers who have purchased "Same-Day Exchange Tickets" can exchange them starting 30 minutes before the open time. Please arrive with ample time for the exchange. Notice Regarding Bringing in Support Goods
Light Stick
- The only lightsticks allowed for admission are official lightsticks sold at events by the featured artists, as well as commercially available lightsticks.
Handfan and Cheering board
- Both official goods and homemade hand items are allowed, but please limit the number of items held up simultaneously to one.
- The face of the handfan (excluding the handle) should be 30cm in diameter or smaller (30cm × 30cm).
- Cheering board and slogans should be A3 size or smaller. If creating homemade items, please refrain from using photos of the artist.
Request for Usage Guidelines
- Please ensure that you hold your support goods around your chest area.
- Avoid actions that may obstruct the view of customers behind you, such as holding them above your head.
- Please refrain from using decorations that are easily removable or materials that reflect like holograms.
- Items with shapes that may obstruct the view of others or be deemed disruptive to the event by the organizers may be prohibited, even if they meet the above guidelines.
